Welcome to the Project Angel Mom site (the “Web Site”).  Weill Media, a division of Angels Landing Productions, Inc. ("Project Angel Mom" or “we”), is concerned about your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how it collects, uses and shares your information.  This Privacy Policy describes the information collection policies of this Web Site.

By using this Web Site, you accept the terms and conditions of this Privacy Policy, and Project Angel Mom will have the right to use your information as described in this Privacy Policy.  If you do not agree to have your information used in any of the ways described in this Privacy Policy, you must discontinue use of this Web Site and the Services, as that term is defined in the Terms of Service.  Project Angel Mom reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time by posting changes on this Web Site.  We encourage you to check this Privacy Policy frequently.  Your continued use of this Web Site or receipt of Project Angel Mom emails constitutes your acceptance of the current posted privacy Policy.

• Information You Voluntarily Provide.  Project Angel Mom also collects information that does not include personally identifiable information when you voluntarily provide it, such as in response to a questionnaire or survey.

Aggregate Information
Project Angel Mom combines your usage information on the Web Site with that of other users to determine those areas of the Web Site that are most popular.  By collecting and analyzing this data, Project Angel Mom can improve the Web Site.  This aggregate information does not contain your personally identifiable information.
Project Angel Mom shares aggregate information with potential partners, sponsors, investors and other interested third parties in connection with the marketing of Project Angel Mom and the Web Site.

Selling and Renting Information
Project Angel Mom does not currently sell or rent to third parties the email address or other personally identifiable information of its Registered Users.  If we later modify this policy, we will give Registered Users notice and the chance to opt-out of having their email address or other personally identifiable information sold or rented.

Other Sharing
Project Angel Mom may transfer the personally identifiable information it collects to any successor in interest to Project Angel Mom, such as a company that acquires Project Angel Mom. Project Angel Mom may also disclose personally identifiable information about a user if it determines that an applicable law, regulation or legal process requires it, or if Project Angel Mom determines that it needs to share such information to protect or enforce Project Angel Mom's rights or the rights of another user.

Security
We maintain security measures in place in order to attempt to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the personally identifiable information under our control.  No method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure, however.  Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your information, please be advised that Project Angel Mom assumes no responsibility or liability for disclosure of your information (personally identifiable or otherwise) due to errors in transmission, unauthorized third-party access or other causes beyond Project Angel Mom's control.

Links to Other Web Sites
Project Angel Mom does not control the privacy policies of the Web sites linked to the Web Site, or of any sponsor advertising that may appear on this Web Site.  If you click on a link or a sponsor ad, the privacy policy of the Web site that you link to will govern the collection and use of your information by that Web site's operators.  Project Angel Mom assumes no responsibility or liability for the actions of such third parties with respect to their use of your information or otherwise.  We recommend that you become familiar with the privacy policy of every Web site that you visit.

Disclosure of Information in Public Areas
If you voluntarily disclose personally identifiable information in a comment that is posted on the Web Site, that information may be collected and used by a third party to send you unsolicited messages, advertisements or for other purposes.  Project Angel Mom does not control the actions of users of the Web Site. If you disclose personally identifiable information in a public area, you do so at your own risk.  In addition, we reserve the right to terminate the account of any Registered User who uses the Web Site in a manner inconsistent with the Terms of Use.

Collection of Information from Minors

The Web Site is directed to, and intended for use by, adults only.  We require that a user be eighteen years of age or older to become a Registered User (and in doing so, to submit personally identifiable information).  We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under the age of thirteen.  If we become aware that we have inadvertently received personally identifiable information from a user under the age of thirteen, we will delete such information.
